WASHINGTON — A baby girl apparel and clothing store in the city of Atlanta sold for more than $1 million at Target on Friday.
The store was opened by the daughter of a former U.S. Marine, who said the store was a way for her parents to have fun while her mother was deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Ticketmaster is the online ticketing and purchasing platform for Target.
In a statement to The Associated Press, Target said the sale of baby girl clothing, jewelry, baby-size clothing, baby shoes and accessories by Yeezys was part of the company’s ongoing effort to connect with women and girls in the community.
